Gary R. Schwartz has been with The Firm for 23 years, and is Jacobson & Schwartz's Managing Partner. In this position, Mr. Schwartz assumes a hands-on role to ensure that The Firm's clientele of leading insurance carriers is receiving the highest level of advice, counsel, representation and defense in a myriad of bodily injury and property and casualty claims.
Mr. Schwartz’s commanding knowledge of the latest trends and developments in insurance defense is vital to his role at Jacobson & Schwartz. He brings a fresh perspective to some of the industry's most challenging issues, offering sound legal strategies to best protect the interests of insurance carriers.
Mr. Schwartz stresses the importance of the attorney's early involvement on behalf of their clients, in order to impart the best advice at the inception of a case. His defense and litigation prowess is widely recognized throughout the insurance industry, as well as broader legal circles. Mr. Schwartz is often called upon by industry and professional associations to lecture on topics ranging from insurance coverage and cancellation issues to the latest legislative developments involving no-fault insurance.
