Marc G. Schultz is an Attorney with Jacobson & Schwartz since 1999 serving in one of The Firm’s most active Litigation groups. He concentrates in the areas of automobile cases, premises liability and liability litigation for gyms and athletic facilities. He brings to the role an impressive background as both prosecutor and defense attorney for a major municipal agency.
Prior to joining Jacobson & Schwartz, Mr. Schultz was an Assistant District Attorney for Kings County, New York, and a member of the Elite Eight, a prestigious squad of ADAs, specializing in the investigation of homicides. The Elite Eight had control over their cases from the investigation’s inception, through the grand jury stage, to trial completion. During his tenure as an ADA, Mr. Schultz handled over 25 homicide trials.
