Paul Goodovitch, a Partner at Jacobson & Schwartz, joined The Firm in 1982, and today leads The Firm’s most active insurance defense Litigation group, focusing on automobile cases, lead paint liability, premises liability, and liability litigation for gyms and athletic facilities.

His expertise provides effective strategies based on the nuances of each individual case, coupled with universally-applied principles of open and timely internal and carrier communications.

Mr. Goodovitch’s accessibility to the other group members and the carriers’ representatives continues to be another key factor in promoting the optimum exchange and procurement of all relevant information.
