Yael Aspir joined Jacobson & Schwartz in November 2005. Her wealth of experience and expertise in the field of no-fault litigation propelled her ascent to Head of the Firm’s No-Fault Department.

Yael’s prior position was House Counsel for AIG on Long Island where she specialized in assigned risk and no-fault claims. Before AIG, she was a defense attorney for the New York City Transit Authority.

Education

• Ms. Aspir received her Juris Doctorate from Cardozo School of Law in 1998, and was admitted to the Bar in 1999.
• While at Cardozo, she was a Mack Scholar, and a member of the Family Law Clinic.
• She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brooklyn College in 1995, where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.
  

Community Service:

• Yael and her husband Jack are active in their synagogue, and participate in many charitable events including those on behalf of the State of Israel.
  

She and her husband are the proud parents of three little boys.
